Happy Halloween

We made it to Halloween despite a few bumps in the road during the week. I was glad that we were all healthy to go trick or treating. We went to my brother's house this year and had lots of fun. We carved pumpkins and made pizzas and then headed out to trick or treat. We actually got Riley to say trick or treat...well it came out "teetaatee" but close enough. He had lots of fun being out with the cousins and got quite the stash of candy.
 
 
 
 

New Wheels

 
After months and months of waiting and harassment of the insurance company Riley finally got his stroller. It came last monday and Riley just loves it. It is very soft and cozy. I want to take a ride in it! It's very easy to use and I'm glad that we decided to go with this particular model. For those of you other SMA families reading this we got him the Convaid Cuddle Bug. It has all the bells and whistles. It reclines...It tilts...It lays back...It's like his own custom made lazy boy recliner! Riley will also be getting a power chair and we are still awaiting the arrival of that. We were very fortunate to receive both, our prayers were truly answered!

riley likes to play with his feeding tubing. he's pretty sneaky and some how manages to twist it out of the port. he gets really mad when you tell him no and pull his hands away.
